Hot fish

This is a Szechuang dish names Hot fish. Fish and hot chili oil are the main material for this dish. Making this dish, You only need to do two steps. Hot fish comes from a history. A cook went to a competition, he used a new cook way to make "hot pork" first. This dish was very special, pork tastes fresh and spicy. Materials: fish, red chilli, green onion, water, sault.
Fitst step: Cut fish pieces, and boil a pot of water.
Second step: Add salt, red chilli, sault and fish into boiled fish. Until fish turn to white. You are ready to go.
